I am Gaelle.
I have hands-on experience managing and delivering projects and events, engaging stakeholders and partners, crafting communications and marketing strategies, and creating content for diverse audiences.
In the past 10 years, I have worked across Africa, China, and the UK and explored communications from different perspectives whether it’s in the higher education sector, while researching media influence on specific audiences and the impact of Artificial Intelligence in journalism. Or in the public and private sectors, while developing and executing communication and outreach plans for startups, companies, and organisations.
Additionally, I have managed different types of events end-to-end both in-person and online, and contributed to creating impactful experiences for audiences from diverse backgrounds.
The most rewarding part of my career is supporting small businesses and start-ups. Over the years, I’ve designed business support programmes, delivered one-to-one sessions, built collaborative partnerships, and helped shape environments where entrepreneurs can thrive. I genuinely enjoy working with people developing something of their own and finding ways to make support more accessible, practical, and relevant.
If you couldn’t already tell from my multinational background, I thrive in multicultural and collaborative environments. I enjoy working with diverse teams and audiences because it pushes me to keep learning and approaching challenges from new angles.
